As we all navigate these unprecedented times, we remain hopeful that the pool, swim lessons, and summer camp will be able to open as scheduled. We continue to follow the health recommendations for the community and the safety of our members comes first. If we have to postpone or cancel, we will issue prorated or full refunds dependent on the case. Otherwise, the current cancellation/refund policies for each program are in place.
COVID UPDATE, April 10, 2020: The original deadline below of April 30, 2020 has been extended to May 15, 2020. We will post further updates as we have them.
Payment must be made in full by April 30, 2020, or the child’s place in camp will be forfeited. Registration requires a $200 non-refundable or transferrable deposit at the time of registration, as well as a $50 registration fee per camper. Balances for all programs are due by April 30. All deposits are non-refundable and payments are non-refundable after April 30.

) in the Business Office. You are required to put in a credit card online at registration (plus the initial deposit must be made by credit card). For the remaining balance, checks must be received and cleared before April 30, otherwise the card on file will be charged on April 30. For detailed information, please see the Parent Handbook.
Please note: Beauvoir Summer does not offer financial aid to campers who are not current Beauvoir students already receiving financial aid for tuition. Current Beauvoir families may apply for summer financial aid. The deadline to submit a registration eligible for receiving financial aid will be by March 30, 2020.
Registration Changes and Change Fees
There are no fees to add programs. Before April 30, changes may be made to a camper’s schedule based on availability and no additional fee is incurred. After April 30, any changes to an existing registration will result in a $25 administrative fee. This includes: switching sessions of the same program; switching to a different program for a week for which you have already registered; and switching to an entirely new week and program. No switches can be made when registered for an outside vendor once the program has begun. All balances are due April 30. After April 30, in addition to the $25 administrative fee, any program balance must be paid in full at the time the change is made. Full payment is due April 30 and no refunds are available after that date. This policy applies to Extended Day programs as well.
Refunds of deposits are made only in the event that there are no openings available in a program you selected, or a program is canceled. If you cancel registration on or before April 30, tuition fees less the $250 payment ($50 registration fee and $200 deposit) will be refunded. If registration is canceled after April 30, 2020, all fees will be forfeited. There are no refunds for absences.
Beauvoir reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior is not consistent with the expectations of the Beauvoir Summer Program.
