Camp Leadership Team
Our Summer leadership team consists of current Beauvoir faculty and experienced camp staff to help support various aspects of the summer programs. This team includes our summer camp director, associate director, camp coordinator, camp nurse, CIT leaders, and lead swim instructors.
Our Lead Counselors have experienced adult professionals who are either teachers or aspiring individuals in the field of education. In addition, many of our summer staff are Beauvoir School teachers.
Our Assistant Counselors range from high school and college students and professional adults who have a genuine interest in the education field and love working with elementary-aged children.
Our Swim Staff provides a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for our campers. They are familiar with Red Cross swim levels and water safety practices. The Swim Staff can use their teaching approaches to the age, participants' perience, and ability of part course objectives while having fun. Each member of the Swim Staff is CPR/AED, First Aid, and Water Safety certified. In addition to our swim staff, the Beauvoir Pool has lifeguards on duty at all times.
