2023 Camps
Before Care and After Care
We offer extended camp day services to camp families. The principal goal of our before-care and aftercare is to provide a safe, stimulating, and relaxed environment for Beauvoir Summer camp children whose parents regularly require child-care services before and after the camp day.
Before Camp Care
Before care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. daily, campers will have quiet activities such as reading, puzzles, and hands-on materials for designs and builds.

Session 1: $100
Session 2: $125
Session 3: $75
Session 4: $125
Session 5: $125
Session 6: $125
After Camp Care
Aftercare is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. During this time, children will enjoy a more relaxed program, including outdoor play, snacks, indoor arts and crafts, and other games. Time is also devoted to quiet activities such as reading, puzzles, and hands-on materials for designs and builds.

Late Pick-Up Charges
We ask that you please respect the 5:30 p.m. pick-up time. Late fees will be assessed at a flat rate of $25.00 for checkouts of 5:31-5:40p. For checkouts of 5:41 p.m. and after, an additional $5.00 a minute per family will be assessed. Chronic delay will result in the termination of your use of the Extended Day Program, which is non-refundable.
About Beauvoir
Beauvoir Summer is located at Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School, on the 60-acre Cathedral Close in Washington, DC. Beauvoir is a coeducational Pre-Kindergarten through Third Grade school carefully designed for young learners.
